HLM KIDS & TEENS
The team creates an environment where children and teens are built up in their own faith in God. Through Bible based activities, worship, videos, puppets, games and more. This team intentionally invests in the lives of the NEXT GENERATION
GUEST SERVICES
When our guests arrive for our fellowship meetings this team is the first impression people have of HLM and HLM culture. We want people to feel blown away by the love, fun and enthusiasm of our Ministry. “The Sermon begins in the parking lot”.
WORSHIP
This team sacrifices everything to see people enter into the presence of God through Worship.
PRODUCTION
Responsible for Audio, Lighting, Screens, Service Producing. Everything that happens on stage at HLM first runs through this Team. Their purpose is to enhance the worship experience and help create a high quality sound and the best worship atmosphere that supports the vision of HLM
CREATIVE
This team communicates the vision and spreads the word. If you would love to see the gospel told in many different mediums and art forms then this team is for you. Graphic Designs, Photography, Video, Editing, Project Management, Social Media, Web Design and Web Development.
ADMINISTRATIVE
EVENTS PLANNING
If you’re great with planning events, thinking through copious amounts of details and coordinating teams, then this is your team! Tasks might include: calling, Pastorial care, office tasks, organisation and staff interning.

We inspire and nurture each other in faith and obedience to Christ Jesus. We care for each other, bearing one another’s burdens and thus fulfilling the law of Christ. We help each person at HLM grow in their faith.

We believe that as a Ministry, we are a family where support and care are readily available through your Connect Group or HLM Volunteer Team. Simply asking them to pray for you and be there for you during your time of need helps to keep that sense of family and support.
