To Keep Fit is a running, walking, and workout ministry that meets in-person and online – rain or shine!
How to Join
There are two ways to join:
IN-PERSON:
Meeting outside in community parks. Everyone is welcome!
ONLINE:
Run, walk, cycle or workout, and post your workout selfie! You can tag us on Instagram using @heavenliving (or DM us for more information).
Once you join, the expectation is that you will attend and work out to the best of your ability on a weekly basis, cheering each other on in the process. We are always better together!
